Privacy Policy of TF Graphics

TF Graphics respects the privacy of visitors to its website and users of the software and WordPress plugins distributed or developed by TF Graphics.

This notice describes the data that may be processed through tfgraphics.it, TF Graphics support channels and any support features provided within its plugins.

Data processed through the website

During normal browsing, technical data normally transmitted by browsers and web servers may be processed automatically, such as IP address, request date and time, requested page, user agent and technical information necessary for the operation and security of the website.

This data is used exclusively for operation, security, technical diagnostics and prevention of abuse.

If the website includes contact forms, the data voluntarily entered by the user is processed, such as their name, email address and message content.

Support for TF Graphics plugins

Some TF Graphics plugins may include an optional support feature allowing the WordPress site administrator to prepare and send a support request.

Requests are not sent automatically. Data is transmitted only when the user decides to send a support request.

The request may contain:

  • the selected issue type;
  • a description voluntarily entered by the user;
  • any query or search term displayed in the support form;
  • any email address entered as a contact for the reply.

When the user expressly enables the submission of technical diagnostics, additional technical data may be included, such as plugin version and build, WordPress, WooCommerce and PHP versions, locale, page area, technical tracking identifier, search type, providers queried, operation status, any error code and essential execution timing information.

Additional technical diagnostics are included only when the user explicitly enables the relevant option.

The search query displayed in the support form, if any, may be included in the request even when additional technical diagnostics are not selected.

The plugin uses WordPress email functionality and the email transport system configured on the user's website. TF Graphics does not control the email provider chosen or configured by the WordPress site administrator.

Purposes of processing

Data received through support is used exclusively to understand the reported issue, respond to the request, diagnose malfunctions and improve the reliability and security of TF Graphics products.

TF Graphics does not use support request data for advertising profiling.

External services used by plugins

Some TF Graphics plugins may query external services to retrieve public information about products searched for by the user.

Requests to these services may include product identifiers, barcodes, ISBNs, EANs, UPCs, search terms or other information necessary to carry out the search requested by the user.

Processing by these services is governed by their respective privacy policies and terms of use.

Specific information about the services used by each plugin is provided in its documentation and readme.txt file.

Retention

Support requests are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to handle the issue, maintain the support history and protect TF Graphics in the event of technical or administrative disputes.

Technical website data may be retained for periods consistent with security, diagnostics and log management needs.

Data sharing

TF Graphics does not sell users' personal data.

Data may be processed by technical providers necessary for the management of the website, email, hosting or other infrastructure services, in accordance with their respective terms and applicable legislation.

Data may also be disclosed when required by law or a competent authority.

Data subject rights

Where applicable legislation provides, data subjects may request information about their personal data, access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or exercise other rights provided by applicable legislation.
